The second Polish national MASSIG workshop was held on 18th June 2010 in Łódź.
This workshop was organised to discuss project results with representatives of Distribution System Operators (DSO) and representatives of associations of small producers.
The main discussion was about the possibility of defining virtual network nodes
for enabling clustering of smaller generators not connected to the same network
node, which would change framework conditions for market access drastically.
